This policy explains what information Adzlance collects when you use this website, why it is collected, and what happens to it. It is written to be read, not to be impenetrable.

When you submit an audit request or contact form, we collect:
We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, government identification, or any other sensitive personal data through this website.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. These place cookies in your browser and collect standard analytics data: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This data is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful. It is not used to identify you personally.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not add you to a marketing list or automated email sequence because you requested an audit — you get a reply from a person about the thing you asked for.
Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Supabase. Analytics data is held by Google. Website hosting is provided by Hostinger. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own data-protection commitments.
If you book a call, that is handled by Calendly, and any information you enter there is governed by Calendly’s privacy policy rather than this one.
Enquiry data is kept for as long as there is a plausible business relationship, and reviewed periodically after that. If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it. Analytics data follows Google Analytics’ own retention settings.

The cookies on this site come from Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager and are used for analytics only. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics specifically using Google’s opt-out browser add-on. The site works normally with cookies disabled.
This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes affecting how we use data already collected will be communicated directly where we hold contact details for you.
